The villa also includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. There is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during your stay, along with a bathroom that includes a bathtub for added relaxation. The property also offers two living areas—one featuring a Smart TV for entertainment, and the other equipped with a projector, allowing guests to connect their devices and enjoy a cinematic movie experience. Outdoors, YVE Residence boasts a private swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing seating and dining area, perfect for enjoying meals and moments under the sun. A BBQ area adds to the outdoor experience, while private parking with space for up to four vehicles ensures convenience and ease for all guests. Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows: • From 01/04 to 31/10: 15€ per night • From 01/11 to 31/03: 4€ per night Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
