The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a modern shower, giving every guest privacy and convenience. In addition, there is a separate WC available for extra comfort. The villa has a warm and inviting living room, perfect for relaxing, watching TV, or spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, snacks, or even enjoy cooking as a group. Outside, the villa offers a lovely patio area, where you can sit, dine, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It’s an ideal space for morning coffee, evening drinks, or quiet moments in the fresh air. The property is located on the ground floor of the building. On the upper floor, the owner resides; however, they do not have any access to the ground-floor villa, ensuring complete privacy for guests. We also provide our guests with a domestic helper who is available for cleaning services from Monday through Saturday during morning hours only.
