One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms are connected by an internal door, but each also has its own separate entrance, offering both comfort and privacy. The house includes two bathrooms with a shower , ensuring convenience for all guests. A fully equipped kitchen is available, perfect for preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner with ease. The living room is spacious and bright, featuring one sofa that converts into a double sofa bed and another sofa that turns into a single sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. Outside, Villa Yannis offers a cozy seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax during the day. On the terrace, sunbeds are available for sunbathing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Villa Yannis is located within the traditional settlement in a beautiful area very close to the restaurants, bars, and the market of Lindos. The Main Square is found within a walking distance. You should visit Saint Paul’s idyllic beach which is found within walking distance and is the most beautiful beach on the island. You shouldn’t miss visiting Prasonisi which has a magnificent beach and is found at a distance of 50 minutes. The old town is considered to be the oldest inhabited city in Europe and is found at a driving distance of an hour. The airport of Rhodes is found an hour away. Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows: • From 01/04 to 31/10: 15€ per night • From 01/11 to 31/03: 4€ per night Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
