Laylande House is an amazing property located in the beautiful area of Tholos and offers a wonderful private swimming pool and amazing outdoor furnished areas and playgrounds ideal for families or a group of people. The location of the property offers easy access to the airport-only in 15 minutes- and to the nearest beautiful beach at a distance of 5-minute drive. It has a fascinating design with a classical touch and conveniently accommodates up to 10 guests. This amazing property has 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, an attic, and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The bedrooms on the first floor have balconies. 4 of the bedrooms have double beds as the attic.There is a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation accompanied by a seating table where you can enjoy it. Also. There is a living area and a smart TV with satellite channels. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, there is a private swimming pool with some sunbeds to soak up the Greek sun. There is furnished area in the garden with a seating area and BBQ facilities for preparation of a delicious meal and a gathering with your friends or family.
