Kallisti Villa is a beautifully designed private villa in Koskinou, Rhodes, ideal for families or groups of up to 7 guests. The villa combines elegant indoor spaces with an impressive outdoor living area, offering comfort, privacy and a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The property features three bedrooms, all located on the first floor. Two bedrooms include double beds, while the first bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. An additional single sofa bed is available in the living room. There is also one extra bathroom with a bathtub on the 1st floor and an additional WC on the ground floor. Inside, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, stylish décor and an indoor sauna. Outdoors, Kallisti Villa offers a private swimming pool, a heated 6-seat jacuzzi, BBQ facilities, an outdoor kitchen, a shaded pergola, gazebo, sunbeds, balconies and comfortable outdoor seating areas. For entertainment, the villa also includes table tennis and a basketball hoop. Kallisti Villa is located in Koskinou, a convenient base between Rhodes Town and the island’s east coast. Rhodes International Airport is approximately 16–17 km away, while Faliraki is about 5 km and Kallithea Springs / the nearest beach area about 2–4 km away. Local supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a pharmacy are available in the Koskinou area, usually within a short drive. Rhodes Town and the Medieval Old Town are around 8–10 km away, making evening visits easy. Lindos and the Acropolis of Lindos are approximately 43–45 km away, ideal for a scenic day trip by car anytime during holidays nearby.
