Set in the charming area of Ialyssos, Filemar Villa combines spacious interiors with inviting poolside living. Its four bedrooms, private swimming pool and BBQ area create a comfortable holiday retreat for up to 9 guests. Filemar Villa is a spacious two-storey villa & It features four bedrooms on the first floor: two with double beds and two with three single beds in total. A double sofa bed in the living room accommodates two additional guests. The villa has two bathrooms with bathtubs on the first floor and an additional WC on the ground floor. The floors are connected by an internal staircase. Outdoors, guests can relax by the private swimming pool, which is surrounded by eight sun loungers and three parasols. A charcoal BBQ is also available for enjoyable outdoor meals. The property provides private parking for up to two vehicles. Filemar Villa is peacefully located in Ialyssos, offering convenient access by car to the area’s beaches and some of Rhodes’ most popular attractions. The nearest beach is approximately 2.5 km away. Rhodes Town and the Medieval Old Town are located around 8 km and 9 km away, respectively. Guests can also easily explore some of the island’s most famous attractions, including Kallithea Springs at 14 km, the Seven Springs at 27 km, Tsambika Beach at 32 km and the picturesque village of Lindos at approximately 48 km. All distances are approximate and travelling by car is recommended.
