A damage deposit is required. It will be refunded if no rules are broken and no damages are reported.

· Quiet Hours:

Summer: 15:00–17:30 Please & 23:00–07:00

Winter: 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30

· The lead guest must be at least 25 years old; we reserve the right to refuse bookings.

· No parties or loud music; please respect the neighbors.

· Smoking is permitted only outdoors.

· No pets are allowed.

· Maintain cleanliness and order throughout your stay.

· Report any issues within 24 hours of check-in; complaints made at departure will not be considered.

· Extra charges apply for lost keys or damaged remotes.

· Firearms, flammable/explosive substances, and strong odors are not allowed.

· Adhere to the maximum number of occupants and inform us of any visitors.

· Use bins for papers, sanitary items, and food leftovers.

· Turn off air conditioners and electrical appliances before leaving, and close windows and doors when using air conditioning.

· Avoid damaging property or removing items.

· Keep valuables in the safe and take care of your belongings.

· Shower before using the pool; no food, drinks, or cigarettes in the pool area.

· Supervise children

· Respect plants and grass; supervise BBQs and extinguish fires safely.

· Secure umbrellas during windy conditions.

· Do not leave rubbish outdoors; dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays.

Before Departure:

Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen.
Do not remove villa items as souvenirs.
