The villa features two bedrooms overlooking the pool, with one bedroom on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor. The living area includes a double sofa bed for additional guests, while the kitchen provides a practical space for preparing meals. Two bathrooms are available, one on each floor. Outside, the villa has its own private swimming pool with sun loungers and a furnished outdoor area for relaxing and dining. A gas BBQ is also available for meals outdoors, while the surrounding mountain views add to the peaceful setting. Private parking for one car is also provided. 7 Casas is located in Kolympia, on the eastern coast of Rhodes, in a peaceful setting close to the area's beaches and everyday amenities. Kolympia Beach is approximately 1 km away, while supermarkets, restaurants and other local amenities can be found nearby. Tsambika Beach is approximately 4 km away, while Lindos is around 25 km from the property. Rhodes Town and the Medieval Old Town are approximately 25–26 km away, and Rhodes International Airport is around 25–30 km away.
