Located within walking distance of the Clock Tower and the Grand Master’s Palace, Zerania suites is an ideal base for those who want to explore the Old Town and experience all that has made this place a UNESCO monument of global cultural heritage. The nearest beach is found at a walking distance as well as the center of the island. The suites offers a unique experience and a luxury traditional design. Zerania, are 3 suites which have traditional inspired references that are beautifully blending in with the wooden and stone-built details. The suites have a comfy double bed that surely has a unique style that reminds of a different area, air condition,Wi-Fi , flat screen TV with satellite channels, coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, safe box and iron. There is a comfy bathroom with a shower or bathtub. The location of the suites is truly amazing. Visitors will enjoy one of the most interesting walks on the island surrounded by incredible historical monuments that are very well preserved through all this time as well as the crystal clear water of the sea. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
