The villa also includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. The property features one full bathroom with a bathtub, plus an additional separate WC .

There is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during your stay, along with a bathroom that includes a bathtub for added relaxation. The property also offers two living areas—one featuring a Smart TV for entertainment, and the other equipped with a projector, allowing guests to connect their devices and enjoy a cinematic movie experience.

· Maintain cleanliness and order throughout your stay.

· Report any issues within 24 hours of check-in; complaints made at departure will not be considered.

· Extra charges apply for lost keys or damaged remotes.

· Firearms, flammable/explosive substances, and strong odors are not allowed.

· Adhere to the maximum number of occupants and inform us of any visitors.

· Use bins for papers, sanitary items, and food leftovers.

· Turn off air conditioners and electrical appliances before leaving, and close windows and doors when using air conditioning.

· Avoid damaging property or removing items.

· Keep valuables in the safe and take care of your belongings.

Before Departure:
