Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa is arranged in 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 double bedded rooms and one with twin beds. Also, there are 2 single sofa beds in the living room. All bedrooms have balconies and offer panoramic views. In the master bedroom there is a bathroom that features hydromassage. There are 3 bathrooms in total as well as a shower. Villa features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and satellite channels. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens for any meal preparation accompanied from the dining areas. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
