Prasonisi is found at a driving distance of only 25 minutes, an area known for its’ natural beauty and its’ popularity among water sports enthusiasts. You should visit the Old Town of Rhodes, about an hour away. Old Town of Rhodes is considered to be the oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe. The airport of Rhodes is found an hour away.

Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:

### Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged.

We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period.

### Deposit

A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.

Kindly note that the entry code cannot be released without payment of the damage deposit.
