Villa Nikoli is an exceptional villa for rent ideally located at Kolympia. The villa has a spectacular outdoor area with a private swimming pool. The distance to the crystal-clear waters of the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. The 400 m² property accommodates up to 14 guests, as stated on the booking platforms. Additional beds are also available upon request, including a double sofa bed for two guests and two children’s beds. Villa Nikoli has 7 incredible bedrooms brightly decorated. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned .On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with double bed and 3 with single.Also, there are 5 bathrooms, one with a bathtub for your ultimate relaxation, and 4 with a stylish shower. Guests will find a spacy open plan kitchen fully equipped for any meal preparation by the seating area In the same space you’ll find the large living room with one single sofa bed and smart TV. On the second floor you will find a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and one ensuite bathroom with shower , there’s also one extra bathroom with shower . You will find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation along with comfortable seating areas. In addition, there’s a second cozy and welcoming living area . At a distance of a 30-minute drive you will find the popular destination of the Old Town with its oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe. Lastly, you should visit Lindos Acropolis, which is found in a distance of a 30-minute drive; Lindos is the most beautiful archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches on the island, such as Saint Paul’s beach. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
