Villa Merelia consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them have double beds and one of them 2 single beds. The bedrooms have a cozy and inviting design. There are 2 bathrooms, on with a shower and one with a bathtub for your ultimate relaxation. One of the bedrooms with the double beds has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is an open plan kitchen accompanied from a cozy seating area and a modern living room. The incredible kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation. Guests will find a screen TV and will have free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s the wonderful private swimming pool with its sunbeds for your ultimate relaxation. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
