Katerina Villa is a perfect holiday accommodation for those seeking total relaxation, comfort and privacy a few steps away from the unspoiled west coast line of Rhodes. Only 600 meters from the beach it has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and accommodate up to 9 people. The decoration is simple, practical, and comfortable. On the first floor of Katerina Villa, there are 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds that offer an amazing view overlooking the pool. On the semi-ground floor level, there are 2 additional bedrooms with double beds and one single sofa bed, each featuring an ensuite bathroom. Please note that this level has its own separate entrance, providing extra privacy and convenience for guests. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing any meal, which is seamlessly connected to the stylish living room and peaceful dining area. Guests can enjoy a flat-screen TV with satellite channels as well as free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. You shouldn’t miss the opportunity of visiting Ancient Kamiros, at a driving distance of only 10 minutes and of course Kritinia castle which is found at a driving distance of only 25 minutes. Those are 2 incredible Greek sights to see and admire from up close. On the other side of the island you should visit Lindos Acropolis and Lindos idyllic beaches that are found at a driving distance of an hour. The airport of Rhodes is really close to the location of the complex, only 25 minutes. The center of Rhodes and the old town are found at a distance of 40 minutes. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
