The villa offers 6 spacious bedrooms, four of them with a double bed, and two of them with 2 separate beds. All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and offer a balcony. There’s a large living room with comfortable sitting areas along with a desk. In the basement, there’s an entertainment area with a flat screen TV and a game console as well as a projector and projection screen. Also, there’s a fully equipped modern kitchen for any meal preparation. Evelyn Villa has 3 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other one with a shower. The house also offers a range of amenities that guests will find useful during their stay such as free Wi-Fi access. Also, you should not miss visiting Tsambika beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island in a distance of only 10 minutes, with its golden sand and steep water. You should not miss seeing the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a 45 minute drive away from the villa. The island’s airport is found in the distance of a 40 minute drive. The villa is also just a 20 minute drive away from a south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most impressive archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
