Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about an hour drive away from the suite. The airport and the center of Rhodes are located an hour drive away. Before Departure: • Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. • Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
