Villa Adonis is a breathtaking villa located in Ixia. It offers a magnificent private swimming pool as well as a beautiful design. The modern interior design and all the useful amenities of the house will provide you with a memorable stay. The nearest incredible beach of ixia is found in a driving distance of 4 minutes. The villa conveniently accommodates 8 guests. Villa Adonis is a four-bedroom villa. There are four comfy fully air-conditioned bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and two of them with twin beds. All bedrooms are carefully decorated in a quite contemporary style with a colorful touch. Also, there is a bathroom with a bathtub for your ultimate relaxation and comfort, a bathroom with a stylish shower and a wc. Guests will find their kitchen, fully equipped for any meal preparation along with the comfortable seating areas. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
