Bedroom 3 is ideal for families, offering one double bed, two single beds, a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a veranda with relaxing garden views. Bedroom 4 comes with two single beds (which can be joined into a double), a pool view, and its own balcony — perfect for quiet mornings or evening breezes. Upstairs, Bedrooms 5 and 6 each offer a double bed, a peaceful pool view, and a private balcony to enjoy your coffee or a good book. Bedroom 7 is a special retreat with a double bed, a garden-view balcony, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub with a soothing hot tub — ideal for unwinding after a sunny day. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
