Vasiliki Villa is an impressive 3-level structure of 350 m2, which provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for VIP clients, families, couples or groups of friends. Vasiliki Villa is located in the popular touristic resort of Ialisos, just a few meters from the beach. The interior is decorated in a neoclassical & modern style, it is highly functional and offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 people in 3 bathrooms, it has a separate, big kitchen area and a large living room and a dining area. Every room leads to balconies and/or terrace with a panoramic and uninterrupted view to the sea. There are 4 bedrooms with luxurious double beds and 1 bedrooms with twin beds & one single sofa-bed located in the 4th bedroom with the double bed in the attic. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
