Sunny Garden Apartments are located in Pastida Village, only a 10-minute drive from the airport of the island and Faliraki beach. They are beautifully crafted and offer outdoor furniture and incredible surrounding. Both apartments have an ideal settings for a memorable holiday and each apartment perfectly accommodates up to 6 people. The apartment has 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Also, there’s a comfy double sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, both with bathtubs. The vapartment has a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any meal preparation accompanied from the sitting area. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
