The incredible Athanasia & George is found on the 2nd floor and accommodates up to 6 guests. It has two modern bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.There are 2 bathrooms, one with stylish shower. All areas of the apartment are fully air-conditioned. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that is suitable for any meal preparation as well as a seating area. There’s a comfy living room where you can relax while you’re preparing for your next outdoor activities. The sofa, easily converts into a comfy double sofa bed. It has a smart Tv and free Wi-Fi access is offered throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s a beautiful balcony with atable where you can enjoy your meal also and 2 sunbeds for sunbathing.

Around the neighborhood you’ll find everything you might need during your stay such as shops, super markets, restaurants, car rentals etc. You shouldn’t miss visiting the Old Town of Rhodes, a true gem of our island. Also, Kallithea Springs are worth a visit, they’re found within a driving distance of Rhodes Airport is found within a driving distance of 22 minutes.

· Report any issues within 24 hours of check-in; complaints made at departure will not be considered.

· Firearms, flammable/explosive substances, and strong odors are not allowed.

· Adhere to the maximum number of occupants and inform us of any visitors.

· Use bins for papers, sanitary items, and food leftovers.

· Turn off air conditioners and electrical appliances before leaving, and close windows and doors when using air conditioning.

Supervise children

Before Departure:

Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs.

### Deposit

A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.

Kindly note that the entry code cannot be released without payment of the damage deposit.
