Each villa features two spacious bedrooms: the first-floor bedroom has a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with stunning sea views. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and includes two single beds, also with beautiful sea views. Both bedrooms come with TVs for your entertainment. There is a second bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals, and a cozy living room with a TV for relaxing after a day of exploring. Outside, each villa boasts its own private swimming pool. Next to the pool, there are built-in sofas set at a lower level than the yard—almost at the same depth as the pool, but outside the water—creating a unique and cozy lounge area. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
