Ospition villa is a 3-bedroom villa. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with twin beds. Also, there is a bathroom with a bathtube. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom with 2 double beds overlooking the sea. Also, there is another bathroom with a shower on the first floor. All bedrooms are carefully decorated in a quite contemporary style. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation along with comfortable seating areas. In addition, there’s a unique living area in warm colors that will immediately give you peace. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property as well as a smart TV in the living room and two bedrooms. Outdoors, you will find a brand new private swimming pool and its sunbeds. Guests will find the BBQ facility and the seating area with a pergola to relax and enjoy a family or friends gathering. Cameras are installed exclusively in the parking area, at the entrance, and at the rear of the property to ensure the safety of our guests and the villas. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
