Olympia Villa is a modern property for rent ideal for relaxing and comfortable holidays in the south part of Rhodes Island, Gennadi. It offers an exquisite private swimming pool and is located just a small distance away from the sunny beach of Gennadi, and can comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends of up to 6 people. This villa has three fully air-conditioned bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have a double bed. Two of the double-bedded rooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Apart from the ensuite bathrooms, there is one more bathroom with a shower. In addition, there is a kitchen, fully equipped for any meal preparation accompanied from the seating area. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. . ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
