Nastazia Luxury Beach House is set on a peaceful side of Ialysos Beach and offers a dreamy private swimming pool. Its great advantage is that you’ll find it a few steps from the beach as well as its great interior design which is quite modern and stylish. This hidden gem property provides you with the most romantic sea views and conveniently accommodates up to 8 guests. Nastazia Luxury Beach House has 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with twin beds. All 4 bedrooms include an ensuite luxurious bathroom with a shower and have high quality mattresses. There’s an open plan huge kitchen which is fully equipped and suitable for any meal preparation. At the same area you will find the sitting area of the kitchen along with an incredibly cozy living room in soothing tones of grey and sandy colors. There’s a smart TV and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The airport of the island is located only a 15 minute driving distance. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
