Mulberry Apartments is a small group of four apartments in the Old Town of Rhodes. Four of the apartments are for two people, and one is for up to three people. It’s a great spot for couples or small families who want to enjoy Rhodes.

### Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged.

We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period.

### Deposit

A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.

Kindly note that the entry code cannot be released without payment of the damage deposit.
