Featuring four beautifully appointed bedrooms, which 3 of those are with double bed & 1 with two twins. There are four ensuite modern bathrooms with showers & one additional bathroom. The villa offers comfort and privacy for every guest. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals with ease. Outdoors, you’ll find a private pool & private heated jacuzzi surrounded by sunbeds, offering an outstanding view of the deep blue Aegean. The spacious terrace includes outdoor furniture, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining against the backdrop of breathtaking sunsets. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
