This modern villa has 4 incredible bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are fully airconditioned, and two of them have balconies. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and the other one has twin beds. One of the double-bedded rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.There is another bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. Guests will find a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, suitable for every meal preparation accompanied by a seating area. Also, there is a living room with a smart TV where you can relax. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
