The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that is suitable for any meal preparation as well as a seating area. There’s a comfy living room where you can relax while you’re preparing for your next outdoor activities. The sofa, easily converts into a comfy double sofa bed. It has a smart Tv and free Wi-Fi access is offered throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s a beautiful balcony with atable where you can enjoy your meal also and 2 sunbeds for sunbathing.

It’s found at a short distance of a walking distance. If you decide to leave Rhodes city you should consider visiting Lindos and its Acropolis that are found at a distance of 50 minutes. Also, Kallithea Springs are worth a visit, they’re found within a driving distance of Rhodes Airport is found within a driving distance of 22 minutes.

### Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged.

We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period.

### Deposit

A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.

Kindly note that the entry code cannot be released without payment of the damage deposit.
