Kathy’s Apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town, less than 3 minutes walk from the famous Ipokratous square, and 10 minutes’ walk from Rhodes Town. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, and it has an amazing terrace overlooking the medieval walls of the old town .

Kathy’s apartment is located on the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms: The first one with a double bed, and the second one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own TV and wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and it includes: washing machine, stove with oven, fridge and all the necessary tools in order for you to prepare and enjoy your meals.

The bathroom is got a shower with hydro massage and it is newly renovated.

Wi-Fi access are some of the services we offer.

Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:

• From 01/04 to 31/10: 8€ per night • From 01/11 to 31/03: 2€ per night

Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately. Thank you for your understanding.

· Smoking is permitted only outdoors.

· No pets are allowed.

· Maintain cleanliness and order throughout your stay.

· Report any issues within 24 hours of check-in; complaints made at departure will not be considered.

· Extra charges apply for lost keys or damaged remotes.

· Firearms, flammable/explosive substances, and strong odors are not allowed.

· Adhere to the maximum number of occupants and inform us of any visitors.

· Use bins for papers, sanitary items, and food leftovers.

· Turn off air conditioners and electrical appliances before leaving, and close windows and doors when using air conditioning.

· Avoid damaging property or removing items.

· Keep valuables in the safe and take care of your belongings.

Supervise children

· Do not leave rubbish outdoors; dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays.

Before Departure:

Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs.

### Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged.

We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period.

### Deposit

A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.

Kindly note that the entry code cannot be released without payment of the damage deposit.
