Kallisti Villa is a beautifully designed private villa in Koskinou, Rhodes, ideal for families or groups of up to 7 guests. The villa combines elegant indoor spaces with an impressive outdoor living area, offering comfort, privacy and a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The property features three bedrooms, all located on the first floor. Two bedrooms include double beds, while the first bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. An additional single sofa bed is available in the living room. There is also one extra bathroom with a bathtub on the 1st floor and an additional WC on the ground floor. Inside, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, stylish décor and an indoor sauna. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
