This beautiful property is a 4 - bedroom Villa with three bedrooms located on the first floor which have balconies offering beautiful views of pool or garden & one bedroom located on the second floor in the attic which has a sofa bed & a smart TV. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned and offer double beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub for your ultimate relaxation. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped open kitchen, along with a dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The villa offers a smart TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi access. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine & a dryer as well as a WC. Outdoors, you can enjoy a beautiful private landscaped garden & a fully equipped private swimming pool ( with salt electrolysis system which is friendly & healthy for human skin ) with a shower, umbrellas & sunbeds on which you may rest & take advantage of the benefits of the summer sun of Rhodes. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
