The distinctive owners of the house are living on the top floors of the building. This incredible house hosts up to 5 people. This beautiful house has 2 bedrooms both with a double bed. Also, there’s a comfy double sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned. There is one bathroom with a bathtub for your ultimate relaxation. There’s a fully equipped open plan kitchen for any meal preparation accompanied from the seating area. Also, there’s the spacious and convenient living room in warm colors. The house offers a smart TV as well as a Wi-Fi access. Outdoors, there’s the swimming pool with its sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape while working on your tan. The airport of the island is found in about a 15 minute drive away from the house. Filerimos hill is also found in a short drive from the villa and offers perfect hiking paths through the pine forest to the top of the mountain, where nature lovers and sight seekers will fall in love with the medieval monastery and the exquisite panoramic views of the west side of the island and the Aegean sea. Also, in about a 25 minute drive visitors will find the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, the oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe. The house is also just an hour drive away from a south part of the island, Lindos. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
