A super market can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, and a pharmacy can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The nearest beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Also, visitors should explore the east coast of the island and find the most idyllic beaches. For example, Kallithea Springs is only a 9-minute drive away and Faliraki beach is only a 15-minute drive away. You should not miss the Rhodes Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a 10-minute drive away from the villa. The island’s airport is found in the distance of just a 25-minute drive. The silands port, is just a 10 minute drive away from the villa. There's public transportation for Rhodes center and other incredible locations. The villa is also just an hour drive away from a south part of the island, Lindos. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
