There are 3 fully air conditioned bedroom, one of them has a double bed and two of them have twin beds. All of the tastefully decorated bedrooms have Tvs. There are 2 modern ensuite bathrooms with showers and a shared one with shower as well. Also, there’s a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any meal preparation as well as a living room with a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
