Azzurro Luxury Villas is a beachfront retreat of four villas in Kolymbia, where contemporary interiors open onto private pools and uninterrupted sea views. Created for couples, families and friends, it offers privacy, comfort and an effortless connection to the coast. Each 75 m² villa unfolds across two levels, with contemporary interiors and wide glass doors that bring the sea into the living spaces. The ground floor includes an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, a second bedroom with two single beds and another shower bathroom complete the layout, while both bedrooms enjoy sea views. Outside, the private terrace becomes the heart of the stay. An 8 x 4 m swimming pool faces the water, accompanied by sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor shower, a gas barbecue and an outdoor dining area—an inviting setting for slow breakfasts, peaceful afternoons and memorable meals overlooking the sea. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
