Anemos villas are located in the unspoiled south part of Rhodes overlooking breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the sea meeting the sky deep in the horizon. Each villa offers a modern private swimming pool that blends in with the whole stunning landscape and can accommodate up to 6 people. Also, guests will need to make an only 8 minute drive to find the nearest beach. Visitors will have the privacy they need to relax along with a memorable stay in Rhodes. On the upper level, Pounentis villa, offers 2 spacious double bedded rooms. Two bedrooms owns an en-suite bathroom with a stylish shower and a chic furnished balcony with a remarkable view to the sea. On the ground floor there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious open plan dining / living area which has a comfy double sofa- bed one extra bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with double bed as well as a bathroom with a shower. Guests will also find a flat screen with satellite channels. The cozy living room opens to an inspiring furnished veranda with direct access to the architectural statement of the villa, the swimming pool along with the BBQ facilities. The private pool area in warm colors has stylish sunbeds with comfortable cushions and parasols encircled by lush lawns and a well-tended garden. There, you can work on your tan and enjoy the unique Greek summer weather. Pounentis Villa is situated next to Maistros Villa. These two identical villas ensure complete privacy for guests, each featuring its own private pool and amenities. This is perhaps the most beautiful, unspoiled village on Rhodes and truly offers privacy, calmness and tranquility. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
