The nearest beach is found at a walking distance as well as the center of the island. These fantastic suites offer a unique experience and a peaceful modern design. Each suite perfectly accommodates up to 2 or 3 guests and surely will offer you an unforgettable stay in style. One of the suites offers an internal heated jacuzzi. This suite is up to 3 guests and has one comfy bedroom with a spacious double bed and a sunny balcony. In addition, there’s a comfy single sofa bed. There’s a stylish bathroom with a shower. The property provides a smart TV and free Wi-Fi access. Also, there’s an electrical kettle and a minifridge. Guests can relax outside, in the wonderful furnished balcony surrounded by the historical medieval buildings of Rhodes. The location of the suites is truly magnificent. Visitors will enjoy one of the most interesting walks on the island surrounded by incredible historical monuments that are very well preserved through all this time as well as the crystal-clear water of the sea. The airport of Rhodes is found 30 minutes far from the house. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
