Almond villa, situated in the area of Ixia, offers a lovely private swimming pool and an easy access to the nearest beach, only a 5 minute drive away. The 4-bedroom modern villa has 3 double bedded rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds. Two of the double bedded rooms feature en-suite bathrooms with bathtub; one of them includes hydro massage for the maximum relaxation and a sense of luxury. On the ground floor there is another bathroom including shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation of its visitors’ desire. The spacious living room with its elegant decorative approach is quite pleasant and cozy. Also, the villa offers a flat screen and a free Wi-Fi access. The outdoor space of the property is the center of attention. The villa is about an hour minute drive away from the south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged.
