The villa features two bedrooms overlooking the pool, with one bedroom on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor. The living area includes a double sofa bed for additional guests, while the kitchen provides a practical space for preparing meals. Two bathrooms are available, one on each floor. Outside, the villa has its own private swimming pool with sun loungers and a furnished outdoor area for relaxing and dining. A gas BBQ is also available for meals outdoors, while the surrounding mountain views add to the peaceful setting. Private parking for one car is also provided. 7 Casas is located in Kolympia, on the eastern coast of Rhodes, in a peaceful setting close to the area's beaches and everyday amenities. Kolympia Beach is approximately 1 km away, while supermarkets, restaurants and other local amenities can be found nearby. Tsambika Beach is approximately 4 km away, while Lindos is around 25 km from the property. Rhodes Town and the Medieval Old Town are approximately 25–26 km away, and Rhodes International Airport is around 25–30 km away. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged.
