This villa for rent offers a wonderful private swimming pool. The incredible Afantou beach is found at a driving distance of 4 minutes. 3 Roses Villa hosts up to 10 guests and offers a unique place to spend your holidays in Rhodes. 3 Roses Villa consists of 5 fully airconditioned bedrooms, 4 of them have double beds and one of them 2 single beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub in one of the bedrooms. The design of the bedrooms is pretty pleasant and homelike. There are another 2 bathrooms, both with a shower as well as a wc. There is an open plan kitchen accompanied from a cozy seating area and relaxing living areas. The incredible kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about 30-minute drive far from the Villa. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most beautiful beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of half an hour drive. The airport of Rhodes is only 26 minutes far from the villa. Before Departure: Leave the villa as you found it: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, and collect used linen. Do not remove villa items as souvenirs. ### Cancellation policy The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up, the price of the reservation will be charged. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before the end of the free cancellation period. ### Deposit A damage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable within 7 days after departure, provided that all house rules have been respected.
